Wenn Sie uns Anfragen senden, werden Ihre Angaben zur Bearbeitung gespeichert.

4. Verarbeitung zur Vertragsabwicklung

Zur Abwicklung von Bestellungen verarbeiten wir personenbezogene Daten wie Name und Adresse.

5. Zahlungsanbieter

a) Die Zahlung erfolgt wahlweise per direkter Banküberweisung (Vorkasse) oder über den Zahlungsdienstleister Stripe.

b) Bei Zahlung per Banküberweisung ist der Rechnungsbetrag innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Vertragsschluss auf das angegebene Geschäftskonto zu überweisen, sofern nichts anderes vereinbart wurde. Die Produktion individuell gefertigter Produkte beginnt erst nach vollständigem Zahlungseingang.

c) Bei Zahlung über Stripe stehen dem Kunden verschiedene Zahlungsmethoden zur Verfügung, insbesondere Kreditkarte sowie weitere von Stripe angebotene Zahlungsarten. Die Abwicklung erfolgt über Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. oder eine vergleichbare Stripe-Gesellschaft.

d) Die Zahlungsabwicklung über Stripe erfolgt unmittelbar nach Abschluss der Bestellung. Dabei werden Zahlungsdaten ausschließlich durch Stripe verarbeitet. Wir selbst erhalten keinen Zugriff auf vollständige Zahlungsinformationen, sondern lediglich auf den Status der Zahlung (z. B. „erfolgreich“ oder „fehlgeschlagen“).

e) Sollte eine Zahlung rückbelastet oder storniert werden, behalten wir uns vor, den Vertrag bis zur vollständigen Klärung auszusetzen oder zu stornieren.

f) Es gelten ergänzend die Nutzungsbedingungen und Datenschutzbestimmungen der jeweiligen Zahlungsdienstleister.

5. Payment Providers

a) Payment may be made either by direct bank transfer (advance payment) or via the payment service provider Stripe.

b) In the case of payment by bank transfer, the invoice amount must be transferred to the specified business account within 7 days of the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed. Production of individually manufactured products begins only after full payment has been received—reflecting the bespoke nature of each commissioned piece.

c) When paying via Stripe, customers are offered a range of payment methods, including credit card and other options provided by Stripe. Payment processing is carried out by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. or an equivalent Stripe entity.

d) Payment processing via Stripe takes place immediately upon completion of the order. All payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not have access to full payment details; we only receive information regarding the payment status (e.g., “successful” or “failed”).

e) In the event of a chargeback or payment reversal, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the contract until the matter has been fully resolved.

f) The respective terms of use and privacy policies of the payment service providers shall apply in addition.
