What happens next is not automated.
Once your inquiry arrives, I read it personally. Every commission begins as a conversation — not a transaction. Within 24 hours, you’ll hear from me by email to understand what you’re envisioning: the space the chair will live in, the materials that move you, the details that matter.
From there, nothing moves faster than it should. We refine the specification together until the configuration is exactly right. Only when you’re certain does production begin. And before your chair ever leaves Germany, you’ll see detailed photographs of the finished piece, for your approval.
A commission like this is built once, for one person. It deserves to be handled the same way.
