What happens next is not automated.
Once your inquiry arrives, I read it personally. Every commission begins as a conversation — not a transaction — and that conversation starts with me, directly. Within 24 hours, you’ll hear from me by email to understand what you’re envisioning: the space the chair will live in, the materials that move you, the details that matter.
From there, nothing moves faster than it should. We refine the specification together — carbon, leather, metal, stitching, finish — until the configuration is exactly right. Only when you’re certain does production begin. And before your chair ever leaves Germany, you’ll see it: detailed photographs of the finished piece, for your approval.
A commission like this is built once, for one person. It deserves to be handled the same way.
